Honours in Psychology

A Fourth Year Honours program in Psychology is available to three-year Pass Science graduates from other institutions. However, only a few places are available each year, and students require a high level of performance in their prior psychology courses to be competitive for entry. At the completion of this program students are awarded a Bachelor of Science Honours degree. This one-year full-time program meets the requirements of a Fourth Year of study in psychology towards becoming a member of the professional body, the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and for registration as a psychologist in New South Wales. The School does not offer a Pass level (non-Honours) fourth year program.
