Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Program 3970 - Psychology Major Plan (UNSW handbook)

The Bachelor of Science is a three-year pass degree with the option of an additional honours year. All students complete a Science major and either a second Science major or a minor from an area such as Arts and Social Sciences, Commerce and Economics, Engineering, or Law.

Students on this programme who complete a major in Psychology will satisfy the requirements for an approved three year sequence in Psychology. Such a sequence is sufficient for entry to fourth year programs at some other universities. To be eligible to apply for entry to the approved fourth year program at UNSW, students must complete three additional psychology courses and achieve an average grade in their Psychology courses of at least 75% (see programme structure)
