The Career Research & Assessment Service assists individuals to make sound decisions about their career directions, through a professional appraisal of their abilities, personality and career preferences.

Supervised by staff members attached to the Organisational Psychology Programme of the School of Psychology, the service is staffed by Master of Psychology (Organisational) students who are conditionally registered to practise as psychologists with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board. Supervisors are Registered Psychologists with years of experience in psychological assessment and vocational guidance.
