Tell Your Story: A digital intervention for reducing stigma in traumatized refugees

What is this research about?

Tell Your Story is a study led by Dr Angela Nickerson that forms part of the STRIDE (Stigma Reduction Interventions: Digital Environments) initiative, funded by beyondblue with donations from the Movember Foundation. This study tests the effectiveness of an online intervention that aims to reduce stigma related to posttraumatic stress disorder and increase help-seeking behaviours in refugee men. This project is conducted in collaboration with the Black Dog Institute and Settlement Services International.
